Youth Ministries

Youth Ministries at GCFC are offered to our young people who are generally about to begin their sixth grade in school through their high school senior year.  A weekly Sunday school class is held along with a Wednesday evening Bible study where we share and encourage one another. A very unique youth ministry that our youth may participate in is our "We Are His" Youth Drama Ministry.  Bible themes are acted out with a musical background with special lighting effects and outfits for our youth to wear that make their acting easy to understand for those watching the dramas.  Our drama team goes out to other churches and places to share the saving gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ during the school year once every other month.  Our youth have done many summer mission trips through the years from working on home repair in York, PA to ministering at a homeless shelter in Athens, OH and many other opportunities that have strengthened our love for the Lord in serving Him and His people in need.  For our internal growth, we have a weekend retreat yearly in the Winter or Spring with a gift exchange, Bible study, and a Saturday of fun!

Choir Ministries

Choir ministries at GCFC are offered to our church family who enjoy singing our Lord's praises and truly can learn to sing either the soprano, alto, tenor, or bass part for our choir special music which is sung on most Sunday mornings during our service of worship.  Those new to our church who desire to sing in our choir will audition with our choir director.  Every Fall, our choir begins practicing for our Christmas Cantata which is presented on a Sunday evening during one of the Sundays in Advent.  Singing in our church choir under the supervision of our excellent choir director is truly a joy and is rewarding to give our Lord the honor and the glory that is due to His name!

Sunday School Ministries

Sunday School ministry at GCFC meets weekly on Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:30.  We have two Adult classes, a Youth class, and a Children's class.  On Wednesday evenings we have Adult, Youth, and Children's Bible Study classes from 6:00-7:15pm.

Ladies' Ministries

On the second Tuesday evening of every month (excluding July), the GCFC Hands of Grace Ladies' ministry meets from 6:00-7:30pm.  A bible study devotional is presented, and our church and community needs are shared with a heart to help.  The Ladies sponsor major fundraising Yard, Bake, and Lunch sales in May (sausage/hot dogs) and in November (soup/cornbread), yearly paint days, and intermittent day trips to be enjoyed by the entire church, friends, and family.

Men's Ministries

On the fourth Monday evening of every month (excluding July and Dec), the GCFC Men's Christian Fellowship ministry meets from 6:30-8:00pm.  A meal is enjoyed together, then a Bible study and discussion is held.  Our men have sponsored several family Christian movie nights with supper for all to encourage faith in our Lord Jesus and Christian fellowship and outreach with one another.
